Aspirations Week begins Monday 19th March and it will be dedicated to inspiring our children to be the best they can be now and in the future.
The week will involve the children completing activities centred around money matters, a healthy lifestyle and having the opportunity to think about what they would like to be when they grow up. Throughout the week, children will also be thinking about skills and attributes which they will need to succeed and thrive in life, learning and work.
One of our sessions will involve identifying how all families are different and that different is good! Don’t forget to send a family photograph or collage of photographs to be shared with your child’s class. This will then be displayed in your child’s classroom as part of a whole class display.
‘Sport Relief’ activities will also take place on the Thursday morning. Children are invited to wear something read in return for a £1 donation. The School Council will also be running a bun sale. Please bring any buns to school for the fundraiser on Thursday morning. Buns will be on sale later that day for 50p each.
We look forward to sharing our learning with you on our class blogs.
