Good morning

Good morning everyone! I am missing you all but equally i’m filled with hope as to how many of you are managing to stay safe and well.

From today I would like the children to ‘check in’ with me each school day so that I don’t miss out on all their fantastic moments. This could be a post to the blog or an email, comment or phone call.
I have uploaded some lessons on to the home learning platform tab  for you to access each day. You can also share any other home learning  privately through the email [email protected]
Children will be awarded virtual postcards for their efforts and we will celebrate some work daily on the school blog.

The EYFS is still very play based and we invite children to explore ideas through their play at home. I will also post some ideas on the page that you may like to try. If you notice children demonstrating their learning through their play we would love to hear about that too! Please can I ask you to take photos or write notes and then let me know!

If you would like to know more about the steps your child is working towards you can read these in the early years outcomes  and development matters. You can arrange to collect a pack from school that includes reading books, a notebook and pencils, number formation sheets and the homework menus that are online. The children too can display this in their workbooks.

I hope you enjoy using our online resources and I can’t wait to see all your wonderful home learning!
