In crew yesterday, Crew Dutton played a game to challenge their leadership skills and to determine what a great leader needs to do. They had to guide their teams into a given shape without any talking or touching! The children did an amazing job and we all reflected on how important good communication skills are for great leadership. Well done, everyone!
