Last week in phonics we were learning the sounds x/y/z.
Please check in with the phonics homework sheet that was given out on Friday 1st December. This is specific to your child’s learning and will really help to boost their progress if you can practise the sounds with them and have a go at reading the words.
This week is a consolidation week so there will be no new sounds to learn, if you can keep going over the previous taught sounds to ensure that your child is as confident as they can be that would be great.
