Let’s light up the sky for loved ones lost , those alone because of illness and the for the key workers caring for them at this sad time. It is because of these people we need to show solidarity against Coronavirus! Let’s show sympathy , support, compassion and empathy and pay tribute to these wonderful people.
To get involved simply get creative and make a star: as big, shiny and as glittery as you wish and put it up in your windows. Let us then bring each star to life and pay our tributes by shining a light from a window or door whilst having a minutes silence on Monday 20th April at 9pm, and commemorate the lives and people affected by coronavirus.
Any photos of stars made received by 9am Saturday morning to the EYFS@email address will be included in a GT video that will be shared across our social media channels.
Draw a picture of a bright shiny star, put it in your window so it can be seen from afar
Take a picture of your amazing creation, then post on media to show the nation
To bring your start alive at night, let’s all come together and fully unite
Shine a light from a window or a door at your house, pause silent for a minute, as quiet as a mouse
Shine your light bright across the street where you live, show those who are suffering the love that you give
For the lives we have lost or will never be the same, let them not be a number for each one of them has a name
