We’re unable to login to Annabel’s account. We’ve both tried all conceivable variations of upper and lower case formatting and different spellings of her name. Could someone check that her account has been set up correctly please?
Lara has not recieved an email with logging details/ password. If it has been sent to her old email used through lockdown we no longer have access to that as I was unable to set it up on my phone, so we borrowed a chrome book from school
