Should we have received confirmation email after submitting the forms?

That’s what I was thinking because I’ve not received any notification that I’ve got the clubs I’ve chosen , amd we usually get a text or something

I am sure when I’ve done Google forms before I get an email to say “this is what you submitted” and I have nothing-even checked junk folders. It’s strange.
