Today, we have been busy working collaboratively to build our background knowledge (BBK) by exploring sources of information about the Blitz in WW2. We then used this research to help us ask and answer questions about what ‘the Blitz’ means, why and when it happened, what it was like to experience the Blitz and – most importantly – when and why did it stop.
