This morning the children enjoyed working together to solve the clues to find out who stole Mrs Claus’ famous Christmas Cake!
I wonder who will find the naughty Elf first for a Christmassy treat!!

The children have created a critique that they wanted to share;
I notice- we have learnt how to do high touches and low touches
we have learnt how to pass the ball closer and further
I praise- we now feel confident to collaborate with bigger groups to master these skills.
we have remembered the importance of looking up
I wonder- if we can get smart by remembering all of the skills we’ve practised this term and always remember to keep moving, be open and find space.
Last Friday, children were encouraged to wear a Christmas jumper and donate money to fundraise for the ‘Save the Children’ charity. As a school, we managed to raise an incredible £286 which will go towards helping many different families this Christmas. Thank you for the generosity of all who donated money!

Tomorrow, members of the school council will be going around school selling entries for our two Christmas competitions: ‘Guess the name of the elf’ and ‘Guess the number of candy canes.’ Entries cost 50p each and the winner will win either an elf teddy or the box of candy canes.
We will also be selling packets of ‘Reindeer Food’ for 50p each. Please send any money in tomorrow and throughout the week if you are wanting to enter the competition. Winners will be announced on Friday morning. Thank you.

Thank you to all of those children who entered the Children in Need competition. There were some fantastic designs but our school council have managed to choose one winning entry from each phase. Well done to the winners, prizes will be sent out to you shortly.
